about
I found this tune in the whistle and sing book no 2 by the Armagh Piper’s Club and the second tune I found in the book ‘Music from Ireland’ Vol 3 were there it was named as simply ‘misty mountain’. The last tune was composed by Michael McGoldrick, Uilleann piper and Flute player.

Brilliant tunes, played brilliantly. Great recording too - well worth listening with headphones to take advantage of the stereo fun.

Such a brilliant album. Sparkling, crystal clear play and the musicians are obviously in a perfect musical relationship with each other. Their efforts are pure pleasure to listen to. Buy it! monty1957

Absolutely sensational - love the generally low-end tones and planxty-esque set up, but most of all the incredible energy of it! Wish more instrumental trad was like this, love the fact that it's recorded live too. Prangman
